Are you looking for an idea for a warming, filling dinner for the whole family? This recipe will be perfect. Simple to make peasant casserole although it is not particularly sophisticated, it delights both young and old. One thing is certain – you can definitely eat it.
- 500 g potatoes,
- 150 g bacon,
- 150 g pork sausage,
- 2 onions 200,
- g cream 18%,
- 2 eggs,
- 150 g will be,
- half a teaspoon of parsley,
- half a teaspoon of ground sweet pepper,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- rapeseed oil for frying.
Don’t peel the potatoesput them in a pot, cover with water and cook until soft. When they cool down, peel them and then chop them into slices.
Peel the onions, cut into small cubes. Cut off the thick skin from the bacon and cut it into cubes. Next, tackle the pork sausage. Cut it in half and then into half-slices.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion and fry it until soft. Then add bacon and sausage. Season with ground sweet paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Fry everything for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Prepare an ovenproof dish. Place half the portion of potatoes. Place the prepared stuffing in the middle layer. Then arrange the potatoes again.
Grate the cheese. Spread the cream and eggs in a cup, mixing until combined. Add half of the cheese, salt, pepper and stir. Pour over the entire casserole. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Place the casserole in a preheated oven to 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
