Moreira built a career in the Municipal Civil Guard and became head of the municipality’s Security portfolio in June 2018. The victim was a public servant for more than 25 years.

“I am appalled by this situation. We will accompany Moreira’s family and offer all the support they need in this moment of pain. Our prayers go out to the victim’s family and friends on this very sad day for Osasco,” said Pessoa.
