Almost a week after the opening of registrations for female voluntary military enlistment, the Ministry of Defense has already registered more than 15 thousand interested parties.
In total, 1,465 vacancies are available in Brasília and in 28 other municipalities in 13 states.

The enlistment period continues until June 30th. Interested parties must pay attention to the recruitment rules, divided into stages.
Stages
The first phase is enlistment, which can be done online or in person, at a Military Service Board, in the 28 municipalities.
Those registered also have the possibility of choosing which force they wish to join. The availability of vacancies, the aptitude of the candidate and the specificity required by the Army, Navy and Air Force will be taken into account.
The selection includes physical tests and health inspection, which include clinical and laboratory exams.
