In cases of low blood pressure, there are a series of measures that can help restore blood flow:
- Lie down with your legs elevated;
- Stay hydrated with water or electrolytes to replace e-liquids. During the summer it is important to drink around 2L of water per day;
- Avoid sudden movements;
- Eat something salty;
- Find a cool place.
