Masked man enters company in Germany and escapes after killing two employees

Suspect is on the run

Two people died following a shooting at a mechanical engineering factory in the German city of Bad Friedrichshall, in the north of the state of Baden-Württemberg.

Police confirmed that another man has serious injuries, and that the person responsible for the deaths is at large.

According to the first evidence that the police were able to collect, a masked man entered the company at around 5:45 pm local time (one hour less in mainland Portugal), firing several shots in a row.

The victims are employees of the attacked company, and there were more employees on site at the time of the attack.

All the people who were present ended up being removed by the police, who then questioned them to try to understand what happened.
