The influencer () announced that he intends to run for Presidency of the Republic in the 2026 elections. To do so, however, he needs to get rid of the actions he is the target of in the Electoral Court and which could make him ineligible.
In a statement released by his advisor, Marçal said: “I will be a candidate for president for the PRTB in 2026. Entrepreneurship is the key to freeing our people and promoting economic development”, stated Marçal.
Also according to the press office, the PRTB (Brazilian Labor Renewal Party) will be renamed
“Brazilian”.
In the Electoral Court, for video cuts on social networks, fundraising, selling support and even participating in the 7th of September.
One case regarding discounts on the businessman’s courses and another about them were archived, but the other cases remain pending judgment.

Unlike other procedural classes, in which the Electoral Court acts more quickly, the electoral judicial investigation action is slower due to the investigation phase and can take months to be judged. There is no deadline for assessment.
