Vienna – The fate of the ÖVP was not decided at the party headquarters last Sunday. The federal executive committee of the People’s Party met at Ballhausplatz in Vienna’s first district, house number 2. This is the address of the Federal Chancellery. The official headquarters of the head of government Karl Nehammer; not that of the – now former – ÖVP chairman Karl Nehammer.
