To make this recipe you need:

• 1.5 cups of wheat flour,
• 1 cup of natural buttermilk,
• 1 cup of milk,
• 2 eggs,
• 2 tablespoons of oil,
• 1 pinch of salt.

Sift the flour into a bowl.

Then beat 2 eggs and add buttermilk, milk and oil one by one. You will need a pinch of salt for this. If you want the pancakes to be sweeter, you can also add a teaspoon of powdered sugar at this point.

Mix all ingredients together until combined. Set the dough aside for 10-15 minutes to let it work.
