Cheese manufacturer recalls “Big Stinker” and “Little Stinker” varieties

Tyrol – The Tyrolean cheese manufacturer Wilder Käser has recalled two of its types of cheese due to contamination. The exact name of one of the products is “Little Stinky, thermized, at least 50% FiT” and the recall affects all batches up to the best-before date of February 24, 2025. The second soft cheese affected is called “Big Stinker, thermized, at least 50% FiT”. This affects all batches up to the best-before date of February 10, 2025.
