A small plane crashed this Thursday morning (9), in Ubatuba, on the coast of São Paulo. According to the city hall, two children, two adults and the pilot were on the aircraft. The person identified as Paulo Seghetto did not resist.
Seghetto was born in Goiânia. The aircraft left Mineiros Municipal Airport bound for Ubatuba and had problems upon landing. They are being investigated by the FAB.
“Cousin, you are gone… our pilot, our pride… may God rest his soul. We miss him, may God comfort his aunt and cousins”, wrote a cousin of the pilot on social media.
Paulo Seghetto was a co-pilot at VoePass and worked at the airline for 14 years. The company recently recorded the country’s biggest air tragedy last year. A VoePass plane crashed with 62 people in Vinhedo (SP), all .

The plane belongs to , the aircraft is in good standing, with an Airworthiness Verification Certificate (CVA) valid until September 3rd of this year.
According to the Metrópoles portal, the passengers on the plane that crashed in Ubatuba are Fries’ family. On the aircraft was businesswoman Mireylle Fries, her husband and two children.
The couple and children were rescued and taken to Santa Casa de Ubatuba. At first, the health status of the victims was not disclosed. In addition to them, three other people who were on the beach at the time of the accident were injured.
