Beat the eggs in a bowl with milk, add spices, salt and pepper to taste. Fry the omelette in butter on both sides in a well-heated frying pan. Spread the finished cake with cream cheese, add lean meat and your favorite vegetables, e.g. lettuce, tomato and pepper.

They are also great in a sweet version banana pancakes. To prepare them you will need: 1 banana, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, a pinch of salt, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, butter or oil for frying.

Mash the banana, add the blended oatmeal and egg. Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon. Mix everything. Fry the pancakes in hot fat until golden brown. Serve with yogurt and your favorite fruit.
