The president () sanctions this Monday (13) public and private companies in the country.
The Institutional Relations Secretariat invited the author of the project, deputy Alceu Moreira (MDB-RS), to participate in the event, at Palácio do Planalto.
“It will be a milestone for Brazilian education in the digital era. Technology is essential for learning, but it requires a set of rules so that it does not become a dispersive instrument”, says the parliamentarian.
“It was a very well thought out proposal and I’m sure it lives up to what parents and the entire school community expect for our children and young people.”
The prohibition on the part of students applies throughout the school environment, both in classes and during recess, breaks and extracurricular activities. There is no specific determination for the storage of equipment.
The use of electronic devices is permitted for pedagogical, accessibility, inclusion or medical reasons.
