A serious accident between two trucks on BR-476 resulted in the death of two truck drivers on Wednesday night (8), in Paulo Frontim, in the southern region of Paraná. The vehicles were traveling in opposite directions and collided head-on at km 322, on a stretch of single track. One of the trucks was carrying cement and the other was carrying fuel. There was load spillage on the runway and the highway was completely blocked.
According to the page, the two truck drivers were confirmed dead at the scene. The truck with fuel was heading towards União da Vitória. While the vehicle with cement was heading towards São Mateus do Sul. One of the drivers was a woman, resident of Paula Freitas.

The cause of the accident is not yet known, but one of the vehicles crossed into the opposite lane. The Federal Highway Police (PRF) reported that this Thursday morning (9), BR-476 remains completely blocked due to the accident. There was fuel spillage on the track and also on the highway.
