Gómez signed a new contract with Palmeiras until the end of 2027that is, almost three years of employment.
– I am very grateful to Palmeiras, here I found my place in the world. I had a great identification with the club, with the people who work here. It changed my life positively, it helped me to be a better father, a better husband, a better partner, a better son. I thank the president (Leila Pereira) and the director (Anderson Barros) who believe in me. Happy to stay here longer, I just have to repay each game with effort and dedication – said Gustavo Gómez.
