The president () stated this Wednesday (8) at an event on January 8, 2023 that he is a “lover of democracy”, understanding that mistresses are often loved more than wives.
“I would say that I am a lover of democracy. I am not even a husband, I am a lover because most of the time lovers are more in love with their mistress than with their women and I am a lover of democracy and I know the value of it,” he said .
The statement was made during a speech at one of the events scheduled for this Wednesday, which recalls the two years of anti-democratic attacks on the headquarters of the Three Powers. Ministers of State and the STF (Supreme Federal Court) and other members of the government participated.
