The former prime minister is causing general hilarity: Labor incumbent Keir Starmer must finally stop blaming her for the “collapse of the economy” in autumn 2022, Truss’ lawyers wrote to the head of government. The accusation has a damaging effect on her reputation – as if the politician’s reputation had not long since been completely ruined.
