It is with great honor that I announce the holding of a historic event on January 20, 2025, at the Academia Paulista de Letras, in São Paulo, to honor the greatest dealmakers in Brazil. The choice of this date is symbolic, as it coincides with the inauguration of Donald Trump as President of the United States, a milestone that also celebrates the partnership that I had the privilege of building with him, consolidated in a meeting that went down in business history.
At this special event, visionaries who transformed markets and positively impacted society will be recognized with the exclusive Golden Hand Shaking Pin, a symbol of excellence in negotiation, and will receive the title of Doctor Honoris Causa, granted by Faculdade XP. Among those honored are leaders such as Luiza Helena Trajano (Magazine Luiza), Guilherme Benchimol (XP Inc.), Caito Maia (Chilli Beans), Edgard Corona (Smart Fit), Marcelo Magalhães (Grupo Alife-Nino), among other names that represent the spirit of the true dealmaker: transforming challenges into opportunities and creating value for the market and society.

The event will also mark the launch of the commemorative edition of my international bestseller, “3 Minutes with Donald Trump” (Citadel), originally published 21 years ago and translated into more than 13 countries. This new edition, published by Editora Citadel, celebrates the lessons and behind-the-scenes of a deal closed in record time that continues to inspire entrepreneurs around the world. As Donald Trump said in the book’s preface: “Ricardo Bellino doesn’t just think big – he acts big. His ability to maximize time and deliver value is unique and rare in the business world.”
