Rita Pereira used her Instagram account this Friday morning, January 10, to reveal that today’s training at the gym was very special.
The actress began by sharing with her fans that she managed to “convince” her father to return to the gym, after a five-year break, revealing her father’s reaction during training.
“I offered him a month of gym training with my PT and we are both training with Mário and my father… I looked at him and his eyes said ‘I’m training in the force of hate’, he was angry ”he began by saying, amused.
Rita Pereira admitted that she has the same attitude as her father at the gym, then highlighting her pride: “We’ll see how long he can last but I’m super proud of him and I’m very happy that I insisted and that he came because I didn’t give up. It doesn’t matter at all that he’s angry because I know it’s good for him.”.
The presenter and digital influencer also shared a short video in which it is possible to see the instructor and the actress’ father coordinating one of the exercises and joked: “Mário started training Guillaume, then me, now my father, Lowê will be next”he wrote, referring to his almost two-month-old daughter.
