The Bahia Championship will start for Bahia and Jacuipense. This Sunday (12), the tricolor will face Leão do Sisal, at the Carneirão stadium, in Alagoinhas, for the first round of the state championship. The Squadron will have a very different team on the field than normal, as in the first three games of the competition it will be represented by the under-20 team, reinforced by some athletes returning after loans. The decision was made due to the pre-season that the main squad carries out in Girona, Spain.
Leão do Sisal wants to erase last year’s Baianão campaign. Jacupa reinforced the squad and repatriated midfielder Guilherme Rend, revealed by the club and who had a good spell at Vitória.
