Oliebollen Dutch donuts they are made, like traditional donuts, from yeast dough. What distinguishes them are the additions and the way of frying. Add the sliced ones to the Dutch dough apple and raisins. Form donuts using two spoons and fry in deep fat.

- 500 g of wheat flour type 450,
- 500 ml of milk,

- apple,
- half a cup of raisins.

To decorate:
You can sprinkle the finished donuts with powdered sugar and prepare the icing.
Heat the milk in a pot – it should be warm, but not hot. Crumble the fresh yeast into a bowl. Pour in the sugar. Pour warm milk over the ingredient. Mix the leaven and set aside for about 10 minutes in a warm place.
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. Beat in one whole egg. Then pour in the leaven. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a spoon. Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes. Add raisins and sliced apple to the dough. Mix the ingredients again. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and set aside in a warm place to rise for an hour.
Pour a liter of oil into the pot. Preheat to 180 degrees. Dip two spoons into the heated oil, then scoop the dough and drop it into the heated fat. Fry the oliebollen donuts in batches (about 6 donuts in one batch). Remove them to a plate lined with a paper towel when they become a beautiful golden color. Before serving, sprinkle the oliebollen with powdered sugar.
