Truffle potatoes were introduced to our country in the mid-1970s, However, they are not as popular in our country as regular potatoes, but they are healthier and really tasty. Your mother-in-law will be impressed by their taste and will eat them all when you serve them with a cutlet for dinner.

Purple potatoes are a good source of potassium, which is responsible for lowering blood pressure. They also have a lot of fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A, B vitamins, magnesium and folic acid.

In addition, they are also a source of phenolic acids and valuable antioxidant compounds. Eating them regularly can support immunity and the functioning of the cardiovascular system.

They contain a lot of anthocyanins, which have antibacterial and antiviral effects in the human bodyand also protect against the harmful effects of UV radiation and reduce the risk of colon diseases.
