There is no shortage of recipes for fancy cakes on the Internet. We will also find ones that every beginner confectioner can handle. Moreover, we can make them in just a few moments and without using an oven. This is what a creamy dessert with peaches is like. It delights with its taste, simplicity of execution and elegant appearance. It will be perfect for a family meeting, but also for holidays and other important celebrations.
Creamy and peachy it is made from only 5 ingredients. You may already have these products at home, and if not, you can definitely buy them in any local store.
The base of our dessert are butter biscuitswhich soften thanks to the velvety cream. The creamy layer is made of slightly sweet 30% cream combined with mascarpone cheese.. Of course, there must be a hint of sweetness, so we sweeten the cream with powdered sugar.
We also add juicy peacheswhich subtly break the sweetness of the cream. Their mild sourness and intense aroma go perfectly with the creamy layer, making each bite of the cake a real feast for the palate.
Ingredients:
- 250 g butter biscuits;
- 250 ml of cream 30%;
- 500 g mascarpone serka;
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- 2 cans of peaches (can be in syrup).
Preparation:
To make a creamy peach cake without baking, first we need to: drain the peaches, if you chose those with syrup. Then we cut them into cubes. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until it becomes stiff. Then we add mascarpone cheese to it.
Place one layer of butter biscuits on a 24 cm diameter baking tin. Pour half of the cream on it and then arrange the peaches (leave a few pieces for decoration).
Cover the whole thing with the remaining biscuits and add the cream again. Decorate the cream-peach cake with the remaining peach pieces. It is worth putting this dessert in the fridge for 3 hours to harden.
Before serving, you can additionally decorate it with raspberries or blueberries and mint leaves. It also tastes great with grated chocolate. Nothing stops you from making peach jelly on topbut then preparing the dough will take more time.
