A mansion located in the Pacific Palisades region, one of the hardest hit by the Los Angeles fires, and used as a filming location for the series Succession was destroyed by fire. The property was valued at US$125 million (around R$764 million) and belonged to the CEO of , .

The information was released by media outlets specialized in covering the entertainment industry, such as and . THE published photos of the property before and after being hit by flames.

The property had a private cinema and 18 rooms. The rent cost US$450,000 (about R$2.7 million) per month.
