To prepare this product, perfect for sore throat and cough, you only need: three ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon,
  • 120 ml of honey,
  • 7 cloves.

Optionally, if you want to add another ingredient that will help you get rid of a sore throat and cough, you can add 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Preparation clove and honey syrup it’s crazy simple. Just prepare a small, sterilized jar, then pour cinnamon, honey and cloves into it. Of course, if you add lemon juice, it also ends up in the jar. Close everything thoroughly, mix and set aside for 48 hours. After two days, remove the cloves and the syrup will be ready for use. Drink homemade clove and honey syrup up to three times a day.
