Soon after, on the mezzanine of the Executive headquarters, the work “As Mulatas”, by Di Cavalcanti, will be returned, with the participation of children.
Still in Planalto, a ceremony will take place in the main hall, at 11 am, with the participation of more than 100 authorities, including deputies, senators, ministers of the (Federal Supreme Court) and governors.
At around 12:30 pm, Lula will walk down the Planalto ramp accompanied by the first lady, Janja, and will join the public who will be at Praça dos Três Poderes for a “hug to democracy”. In the space, there will be a flower arrangement that will have the word democracy written on it.
