A 52-year-old man, identified as Fernando Bispo da Silva, was detained in São Paulo after being recognized by cameras from the SmartSampa program. Fernando Bispo da Silva is a criminal convicted of raping at least 17 women in Guarulhos, having received a sentence of 73 years in prison in 2006.
