Sometimes a person feels like a really hearty lunch that really fills him up. This means that its component will be meat. And today it’s going to be tough. It might sound strange, but in this recipe you mix it with plain yogurt and onions.

It doesn’t sound very appealing at first glance, but it’s important to trust this culinary process. After a while, you will have an absolutely perfect lunch on the table from these ingredients, which you will be licking your lips for another week.

Eggs in yogurt

First, get a kilo of pork neck. Cut it into thicker slices. Try to make the plus and minus the same size. Put the sliced ​​neck aside for a while and take a bowl to hand. Add 200 grams of white yogurt, a clove of pressed garlic and add salt and pepper to it. Mix everything thoroughly, and then pour over your sliced ​​neck slices. Stir for a while, and then leave the meat with the yogurt mixture in the cold for a few hours.

As soon as you take the meat with the salty yogurt coating out of the refrigerator, you can start preparing the onions. Meanwhile, the pork and the sauce will adjust to the temperature. Take 1 large onion, peel it and chop it roughly.

Then put it in the baking dish. After the onion, place the meat with the yogurt marinade in the baking dish. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and bake with the lid on. Don’t be alarmed if the yogurt curdles during baking, it’s supposed to.
