Recipe for quick donuts It will come in handy when you want something sweet without having to wait too long. You only need a few simple ingredients. Fluffy, delicate and slightly vanilla balls fry until golden in a few minutes. Filled with aromatic jam and sprinkled with powdered sugar, they taste like the best donuts from a confectionery shop, although you can prepare them in the blink of an eye – just mix the ingredients. No rising, no stress – just pure pleasure. They are perfect especially for carnival.
Before you start preparing donutsequip yourself with:
- 300 g of vanilla homogenized cheese,
- 350 g of wheat flour,
- 3 eggs,
- ½ teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar,
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder,
- strawberry jam for filling and powdered sugar for sprinkling,
- oil for frying.
Put the homogenized cheese into a bowl, add eggs, salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix until uniform, then use a sieve to pour the flour and mix with a spoon or mix at lower speed to obtain a thick, slightly sticky dough.
Heat the oil in a wide pot to a height of approx. 5-7 cm. Wet your hands with oil, take small portions of dough and form donuts (the size of a walnut). Immediately drop the donuts into the hot fat and fry them in batches until golden brown, turning them during frying. The donuts will expand slightly during frying and take on a nice, round shape. Place the fried donuts on a paper towel and leave to cool slightly.
Put strawberry jam (or any other jam you like) into a pastry bag fitted with a special piping bag and fill the donuts with it. Finally, sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar and enjoy.
