The bookmaker Sportingbet is the new master sponsor of Palmeiras. The club made the partnership official this Monday (13/01), and the brand will print the shirts of the women’s and men’s teams for three seasons.
After more than ten years with sponsorship from Crefisa, Verdão celebrates the new partnership, with a contract that foresees an increase in revenue of around R$19 million per year.
– It is a great pride for me, president of this giant club, to have giant partners. What do we look for when we decide [pela Sportingbet] it was starting a new cycle. We went to the market to look for companies with credibility, and we found Sportingbet, which has worldwide representation, a lot of credibility and economic capacity to honor its commitments – declared Leila Pereira, president of the club, in a press conference.

How much will Palmeiras earn with Sportingbet?
Palmeiras signed with Sportingbet for three seasons, that is, until 2028, with the possibility of extending the contract for another year.
The bookmaker will pay a fixed R$100 million, adjusted for inflation per year, and the amount can reach R$170 million with bonuses.
The previous contract with Crefisa, the company owned by Leila Pereira, president of the club, was worth around R$81 million, plus bonuses.
– It was ten years of a champion partnership. An era that made history and will forever remain in the memory of Alviverde – wrote the club, in honor of Crefisa.

What is Palmeiras’ next game?
Palmeiras’ 2025 starts this Wednesday (15/01), when the club plays its first match of the year by debuting in the Campeonato Paulista. The opponent is Portuguese. The match will be at 9:35 pm (Brasília time), at Allianz Parque.
Verdão, current state champion, is in Group D of Paulistão, alongside Ponte Preta, São Bernardo and Velo Clube. The teams from each group, however, only face the teams from the other groups.
