Czech Film and Television Academy (ČFTA) on Monday published the nominations for the Czech Lion awards for 2024.
The period drama The Waves by Jiří Mádl won the most, which will compete for prizes in a total of 14 categories. The film Amerikanka also scored, which received 13 nominations, or the miniseries Metoda Markovič: Hojer and the tragicomedy Mord, which have ten nominations each.
