Richard Bergfors, CEO of MAX Burgers, and Jonas Mårtensson, the brand’s chef, regularly travel in search of new flavors that could enrich the MAX menu. At New York’s Pizza Loves Emily, they tried the famous Emmy Burger, whose unique sauce became a key inspiration for the Brooklyn Tribute. The sauce, based on Korean gochujang chili paste and mayonnaise, is a milder version of the original that combines umami flavor with a subtle spiciness. This combination quickly gained recognition around the world.

Brooklyn Tribute is served on a golden, toasted Frisco roll, and its taste is a combination of the legendary gochujang sauce, melted cheddar cheese, crispy pickled cucumbers, fresh iceberg lettuce and fresh and pickled red onion. There is also a second new item on the MAX Premium Burgers menu – Premium Shake Blueberry Crumble. The new proposition combines a creamy base with blueberry jam, crunchy churros pieces and whipped cream. The balanced sourness of the berries contrasts perfectly with the sweetness of the churros, creating a harmonious whole. The shake is a perfect refreshment and a sweet ending to the meal. The price of a shake is PLN 15.20.
