Vienna – The Gender Health Report 2024, which the Ministry of Health published on Monday, is intended to provide a comprehensive overview of sexual and reproductive health from a gender-sensitive perspective. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines sexual and reproductive health as an integral part of human well-being and an important factor in overall health, according to a statement from the Ministry of Health. To date, however, sexual and reproductive health has received too little attention. According to the ministry, the Gender Health Report 2024 will now offer this focus, which will also be a follow-up to the Women’s Health Report 2022.
