Courts at the EU level as a “driving force of socio-political disintegration”, the Austrian judiciary as a “justice of convictions” with an “excessive sedition paragraph” and a tendency to criminalize “right-wing politics and the media”: these are all positions with which the FPÖ does not agree stops behind the mountain. They were in their election program, and one has to assume that the ÖVP – if it doesn’t care about anything – is aware of these positions.
