Lebanon and Syria are two crucial countries for stability in the region and the Mediterranean,” he explained from Beirut, indicating that Lebanon must be “sovereign” and urging its neighboring country to comply with the resolutions of the UN Security Council and maintain the ceasefire.

“Lebanon is a symbol among Muslims and Christians,” he expressed in this regard in the middle of the meetings he will hold today with the highest levels of the new executive in the country.

“All points of the ceasefire must be fulfilled”

“Peace throughout the Middle East is interrelated,” he insisted, exemplifying that what happens in each of the countries in the region has an impact on all of them. “All points of the ceasefire must be fulfilled. When this sixty-day ceasefire period expires, it must be permanent and there must be a withdrawal of Israeli troops,” he expressed in this regard while insisting on continuing to defend the creation of a Palestinian State that “provides peace and security.” .

“I have hope and I will never lose it that what Spain asks for comes to fruition: a permanent ceasefire,” he expressed about the negotiations between the Israeli state and Hamas in this regard and that could be imminent. “There is no justification to continue bombing the civilian population. At the moment when this ceasefire takes place, Spanish aid is ready to enter Gaza,” he expressed.
