- Fruit and nut porridge
This is a classic breakfast that can be prepared in many different ways. This is a filling solution that is rich in fiber. To prepare oatmeal we need:
- 3 tablespoons of oat flakes,
- 1 apple,
- 100 ml of milk,
- 10 g of nuts

- 80 g cold-smoked salmon,
- 60 g of cottage cheese,
- 1 pickled cucumber,
- 30 g of pepper.
