The 2025 edition of the International Media Studies program offers up to 10 two-year master’s scholarships. Fluency in English is required. Classes start in September 2025.
The course is the result of a partnership between the DW Akademie, the University of Bonn and the Higher School Bonn-Rhein-Sieg. Lasting four semesters, the training offers subjects in media and development, communication and media management. You can register until March 15, 2025.

The project is financed by , which offers scholarships to candidates from developing countries. The prices cover living and accommodation costs. Tuition fees and outbound flight will also be covered.
There is no age limit to apply for the scholarship. However, to be eligible, the candidate must have obtained their university degree no more than six years ago.
