The cuts will later reach several areas still pending study, such as the corporate services directorates, the documentary fund, the information content directorate and the production and media directorate.

The forecast is that the “slimming” of the structure will be accompanied by a reduction in the salaries of the presidency and senior management contracts, although no details of the corresponding reductions have been given. The data updated in 2023 that remains on the RTVE website determines remunerations ranging from 181,228 euros per year for the then interim presidency to 192,227 for the general secretary of the board of directors, passing through 162,752 for the management of the presidential cabinet. , 166,487 for general content management and 198,265 for corporate management, among other positions. In addition to the planned cuts, the intention is to complement this strategy with other measures that promote efficiency in daily management.
