While walking, a man fell down the stairs not far in front of him and was left lying lifeless on the ground. The young man probably saw everything and it is not excluded that he also noticed other facts, e.g. causes of man’s fallwhich are not visible on the seized records. For this reason, criminologists would welcome the testimony of this young man, because his testimony could clarify the circumstances of the fall and contribute to clarifying the case.
According to the police, the man died, but maybe he could have lived if the young man had helped him. According to the police footage, it can be seen that instead of helping the lifeless man, he took a picture of the whole situation on his mobile phone and then left.
