Manchester – Amad Diallo single-handedly saved Manchester United from embarrassment. After 81 minutes, the “Red Devils” were deservedly 1-0 down against Premier League bottom side Southampton at Old Trafford on Thursday before the 22-year-old Ivorian turned the game around with a flawless hat trick. Diallo scored the decisive goals in stoppage time (91st, 94th). After 21 rounds, ManUnited is still only in disappointing twelfth place in the table.
