President interrupted vacations for 3 ministers to meet demand; all heads of ministries are expected
The president (PT) called a ministerial meeting for Monday (20 January 2024). Initially, Rui Costa, the meeting would be on Tuesday (21 January). There was no justification for changing the date. The head of the Executive ordered the interruption of vacations for 3 ministers: Márcio Macêdo (General Secretariat), Marcos Antonio Amaro (Institutional Security Office) and Carlos Lupi (Social Security). The changes for the recess period were published in the DOU (Official Gazette of the Union) this Thursday (January 16, 2024. The expectation is that all ministers will participate.
