Updating

The audit of FC Porto’s accounts, released this week, goes to the Extra Time process, which investigates various transfer deals involving players and senior managers of the Dragons.

The information was provided to SIC by a judicial source. The audit of the accounts of Futebol Clube do Porto (FCP) is part of the Extension process that is being investigated by the Central Department of Investigation and Criminal Action (DCIAP) and the Tax Authority (AT).

Operation Prolongamento investigates, remember, several transfer deals involving players and senior FCP officials on suspicion of creating offshore companies and tax evasion.

In the sights of the authorities are the players’ agent, Pedro Pinho, the former president of Porto’s SAD, Pinto da Costa, directors of the club and of Dstore – a limited company based in Grijó, owner of the Hôma and Pharma Care stores and has interests in the area of real estate.
