Seoul – In South Korea, a court has confirmed the arrest warrant against suspended President Yoon Suk-yeol. With the decision of a district court in the capital Seoul on Sunday (local time), the pre-trial detention against Yoon, who is being investigated on suspicion of attempted insurrection, will be extended. Yoon became the first sitting South Korean president to be arrested on Wednesday.
