You’re in the mood for a classic delicious minced cutlets? If you want them to be delicate, add bread soaked in milk. The egg will make the meat stick better, and the onion will make it more distinctive. Coat the cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown, the family will enjoy eating them. They taste best when served with boiled potatoes and your favorite salad.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 500 g of good quality minced pork shoulder meat,
- half a stale roll,
- milk to soak the rolls,
- onion,
- egg,
- sun,
- pepper,
- lard for frying.
Ready minced meat is best served with potatoes (whole or puréed), cucumber salad or beetroot. Fits perfectly here too pickled or pickled cucumber. Some people also love eating them with bread.
Place the roll in a bowl, pour milk over it and wait until it softens. Peel the onion and cut it into very small cubes.
Place the minced meat in a bowl, add the egg, finely diced onion (you can fry it first), and the bread drained from the milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Wet our hands with water and knead the ingredients. Then we form equal-sized cutlets. Heat the lard in a pan. Fry the cutlets over low heat on both sides until golden brown. The recipe should yield approximately 8 medium-sized cutlets.
