Ingredients:
- 3-4 tangerines,
- 10-15 cloves,
- 300 ml of boiling water,
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric,

- 2-3 tablespoons of liquid honey.
Preparation:
- Pour boiling water over the cloves, cover and set aside for 10-15 minutes.

- Transfer the tangerine pulp to a sterilized jar. Add turmeric, pepper, cinnamon, grated ginger and the strained and cooled clove infusion.
