Military police officers from Sena Madureira, linked to the 8th BPM, managed to capture in a short space of time a man suspected of shooting two people in the Guascor parking lot, located on BR-364, near Sena.
His identity has not yet been revealed, but he was arrested this Sunday morning (19) at the Public Security Unit.
Furthermore, the PMs also seized the weapon (a pistol and four bullets already fired).

The incident in question was recorded during the early hours of the morning. One of the victims was hit in the abdomen and had to be taken to Rio Branco. The other boy was shot in the shoulder and is admitted to the Sena Madureira hospital.
Captain Fábio Diniz, commander of the 8th BPM, confirmed the arrest of the suspect and added that some measures will be taken regarding these “events” taking place in Guascor.
“We will increase supervision of this environment. We know that festivities can only exist with authorization from the authorities, be it the PM, Fire Department or Public Ministry. Today we are going to call the agencies to avoid this type of situation. It was a serious incident, but the PM responded by seizing the firearm and arresting a suspect. We will adopt preventive measures to avoid new events in this location”, he commented.
The Federal Highway Police will also be contacted, as the location is on BR-364.
