Yucca needs appropriate conditions to develop properly. The key to success is to provide it with a sunny positionbecause too little light could cause our plant to quickly lose its leaves.
At the same time, let’s remember to: do not place the yucca directly next to the window to avoid burning the leaves. Let’s also ensure the right temperature for the yucca. During the growing season, i.e. from spring to autumn, it needs a constant temperature ranging from 20 to 25 degrees Celsius. In winter, however it is best to place it in a room where the temperature is around 18 degrees Celsius.

If the yellowing of the leaves results from yucca disease and we also notice that our plant has a softening trunk, emitting an unpleasant odor, then we should cut off the healthy part of the yucca and transplant it to a new pot. On the other hand, if spots appear on yucca leaves, they may indicate a fungal disease. Then a fungicide should be used.
