The liquidation of the warehouse fire in Skalica is currently underway while the roof structure of the building is being dismantled. Firefighters report from the scene one person intoxicated by combustion products. TASR was informed by the spokeswoman of the Regional Directorate of the Fire and Rescue Service (HaZZ) in Trnava, Lena Košťálová.
“Firefighters from the station from Holíč, Senice, Trnava and volunteer firefighters from Skalice, Holíča Kopčian and Radošovice intervene at the scene of the incident,” zoomed in. The Colossus fire engine is on its way to the scene. “It’s a special remote-controlled robot,” added Košťálová. This robot is used for interventions in places with a high risk of danger.
