How to take a power nap in the home office

One of the big advantages of working from home: If you feel tired in the early afternoon and your eyes start to close, on less stressful days you can perhaps close your laptop, turn off your cell phone – and take a nap. This is actually how it is practiced: According to an online survey by the German health insurance company Pronova BKK, ten percent of those surveyed often take a nap at home during working hours, 17 percent occasionally close their eyes briefly, and 13 percent rarely do so.
