Lula says he is ‘fully recovered’ after head surgery

President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva declared, this Monday (20), that he was “fully recovered” almost six weeks after undergoing emergency surgery due to an intracranial hemorrhage. “I am fully recovered,” he said during a meeting with his cabinet, in which he highlighted that he is no longer wearing a hat in public to hide his scar since leaving the hospital on December 15.
