President will receive ministers at Granja do Torto, official country house of the Presidency
This Monday (20), the first of 2025 began at Granja do Torto, in . This place, which serves as a kind of country house for the Presidency of the Republic, is located about 15 kilometers from the Esplanada dos Ministérios. The president chose Granja do Torto for the meeting, a place he has always enjoyed for important meetings. All ministers were invited to the event, whose main objective is to hear from each one the priorities and goals of their respective portfolios.
During the meeting, each minister will have approximately five minutes to present their ministry’s positions. President Lula must highlight the need for adjustments in the federal government, in response to the reorganization of political forces in the National Congress. This reorganization is influenced both by municipal elections and by elections for the presidencies of the Chamber and Senate. The first change has already occurred in the government’s Communications Secretariat, and further changes to the ministerial team are expected.
